My father

My father has demonstrated to me that if I want anything in life I must work hard for it. He is a true inspiration to me and many people he comes in contact with. I am glad that God made me his daughter. He has never told me "no" when I ask for something, even when he knew it would be in my best interest not to get it. Those times that he wanted to say no are the times that I learned from my mistakes. He never told me when someone wasn't right for me, it was then that I found out for myself who WAS right for me. After is when he told me his true feelings. He always went out of his way to make our family and me happy. He kelp secrets from me to keep me safe and not make the mistakes he made. When I found out those secrets I was then old enough to know right from wrong. He has pushed me to do my best and succeed in everything I do.  We may not say I Love You everytime we hang up the phone but we know that we love each other no matter what. He works so far away but everytime he comes home we greet each other with a hug. He has more friends than any man I can think of and I call his friends my own. I look up to him and cherish every minute I have with him. He is the master of all cooks and the dad of all dads. I would not be the woman I am today if he wasn't the man I called Dad. Thanks Dad for the support you give to me and the love that will last a life time!
